Distillery is used to extract data from the operational systems that support your process areas, and load it into Dolphin.
In this demo we will use Dolphin Distillery to load daily figures for an international chain of supermarkets. Data is reported in by different countries in different formats: some report directly into a database, others by sending an Excel spreadsheet to head office.
For this demo we will only show how to extract data from an Excel spreadsheet.
