Integrate your IT systems with Dolphin
The Dolphin Navigator System Distillery is an add-on product that
provides systems integration functionality to Dolphin Navigator System.
This type of product is usually referred to as a ETL-tool (Extraction, Transformation & Loading).
Functions include:
- Extraction of data from Microsoft Excel, ODBC-compatible databases
(e.g. SQL Server, Oracle, DB2), text files
- Transformation using formula-driven combinations of data from multiple sources including
Dolphin's currency data and existing Dolphin indicators
- Load automation using command-line interface
- Works over the internet - available for both Enterprise and ASP customers
- Optimized loading using Dolphin's Application Programming Interface
- Fully integrated with Dolphin's security system - use your Dolphin ID and password to access the
same indicators and navigators as you have access to via the web interface
The Distillery is a Microsoft Windows-compatible tool that is installed onto the user's Windows workstation. No other
client software is required, although if extraction from ODBC-compatible data sources is to be performed then
appropriated drivers must be installed.
Distillery enables bulk-loading of Dolphin indicator data (not target or forecast data in the current version).
