Dolphin Bonus Plan - Performance Management

With the Dolphin Bonus Plan, employees can get an instant view of how large their bonus will be, based on their performance. Their performance is measured with indicators and based on the completion of activities (action plans).
Indicators and Action Plans can be weighted to emphasize which are more important than others.
The bonus plan's length can be set, and old bonus plan can be saved for later review.
