Dolphin Strategy Map™
An addition to the Dolphin Navigator System™, the Dolphin Strategy Map™ can be used to map and illustrate the relationships between Vision, Strategic Objectives, Success Factors, Indicators and Action Plans.
The Strategy Map™ can be integrated with any web-based system where there is a need to define and illustrate how value is created.

Dolphin Strategy Map™ functionality
- Modelling tool allows many-to-many mapping of the relationships between all objects in the Process Model (except the Vision).
- The display tool generates "on-the-fly" a PNG-format picture (displayable on all platforms and by all browsers) of the strategy map. Objects are divided into their respective focus areas, and arrows representing the relationships between them (as modelled with the Modeller) are drawn. Layout is automatic using an advanced positioning algorithm.
- The picture can be printed out, mailed or copied to the computer clipboard for pasting into other applications.
